A hectic summer has ensured that Clyde have recruited 11 new players along with 7 existing players. Many of those are young lads that have been rejected by teams in the SPL. We as a club are hoping they re-establish themselves in professional football as we build a squad capable of competing in the Scottish Third Division.

Promising showings at Dingwall against Ross County and more recently against a strong Everton side, had a positive effect as we put on a performance against our local rivals Partick Thistle that made our supporters proud.

The backing the players received against Thistle was exceptional and on their behalf I thank you, long may it continue.

Myself, Neil Watt (director of football), Gordon Wylde (first team coach) and Rab Sneddon (chief scout), are all working hard; striving to re-establish Clyde as a dominant force in the SFL again. As you well know these things can take time, but rest assured we will get there.

Thank you for your support,

Stuart Millar
(Head coach)
