Due to a technical problem, there will be no Audio page for the Brechin City match. Here are John McCormack's comments from the post-match press conference...

"I thought up until the sending off there were some good signs. We talked before the game about the break we've had and the new players, so we knew we'd need to work our way into it. We were more than a match for Brechin, but probably our final ball let us down.

"I thought the sending off was a bit harsh, but in saying that I felt that Callum didn't start the game in the way he should have and then he's made the mistake. The ref felt it was a goalscoring opportunity - I have to say I didn't.

"After that we should still be resilient but we've lost a softish goal which we should have defended better. We then spoke at half-time about what 10 men can do, but we've lost two bad goals early in the second half. It was disappointing that their players were able to get the shots away so easily.

"It's a bad start to this period, after bringing in new players but it's hard to judge things after the sending off. Overall I'm disappointed though - maybe I'm being harsh, but we don't have a lot of time.

"We'll continue to actively look at adding to the squad. Steven Howarth came off the bench and looked lively, but he's young and hasn't found the consistency yet. I want to play the young boys when I can; I saw a few things from Kevin Higgins today that I'd pay to watch and that's why he's in the squad as a 16-year-old.

"John Stewart, Neil McGowan and Scott Findlay are experienced players. Adam Strachan is maybe not classed as experienced but he's an exciting player who's maybe gone a bit wayward. We're hoping to reintroduce to him to Scottish football and everyone will benefit as he has tremendous talent. I thought Willie Kinniburgh went about his business very well and will be a big asset."
