Clyde players enjoyed some match practice today as the Bully Wee took advantage of the indoor soccer facility at Toryglen in Glasgow, by taking part in their first full scale match for five weeks.

The match featured the whole of the first team squad and a selection of the club’s under-19 and under-19 sides. New signings Willie Kinniburgh, Adam Strachan and John Stewart all played and impressed with Strachan and Stewart getting on the scoresheet.

The game was certainly a worthwhile exercise, with every player getting some match practice. It also allowed the coaching staff the opportunity to run the rule over three trialists as the search to add to the squad continues.
