Grand Landmark for Trust Scheme
The Clyde Supporters’ Trust fundraising initiative through easyfundraising.org has achieved its first major milestone, breaking the £1000 barrier.
The significant amount was reached as the scheme arrived at its first anniversary, but it was achieved with only 155 members signed up to date, showing the potential that exists for further gains to be made in the future.
It allows Bully Wee fans to raise funds just by shopping online as normal at over 600 retailers, such as; NEXT, Amazon, John Lewis, M&S, HMV, Play, DELL, Comet, Expedia and Debenhams.
Trust treasurer, Gordon Nisbet said:-
“We’ll be running another flyer campaign to promote this initiative during the run up to Christmas. We’re slightly disappointed that more supporters haven’t, as of yet, signed up.
“It’s a very easy way for fans to make a big difference to what the Trust can do to help the club, at no additional cost to themselves.”
To register, simply use the links provided on a special Clyde Supporters’ Trust page at http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/cst.
After following the instructions there and registering your details, your purchases will then make donations of up to 15% of their value to the CST at no extra cost to you.
Don’t forget that a special search engine at http://cst.easysearch.org.uk is also available to use. The CST receive around a penny for every search made via this page and this has already raised over £200.
