Gibson and Wilson Extend Stay

Billy Gibson today signed a two-year contract extension and Marvyn Wilson has agreed to stay at the club for another year.

Gibson, 26, was one of John Brown’s first signings in January and impressed with his versatility and commitment, particularly in the end of season play-off matches.

Wilson, 34, will once again bring valuable experience to the Clyde team and dressing room during the 2008-09 season. He featured in 24 matches for The Bully Wee last term.

The list of players currently tied up for the new campaign now reads: Dusan Bestvina, Peter Cherrie, Pat Clarke, Stephen Connolly, Billy Gibson, David Hutton, Stuart Kettlewell, Roddy MacLennan, Ruari MacLennan, Marc McCusker, David McGowan, Neil McGregor, Dave McKay, Willie McLaren, Jordan Murch, Alan Trouten, Ricky Waddell and Marvyn Wilson.
