The club is delighted to have received two Toyota Avensis from Arnold Clark Toyota, Bishopbriggs. For the foreseeable future, John Brown and Gary Bollan will have use of the vehicles as part of a sponsorship deal between the club and the branch.

Both John and Gary visited the Kirkintilloch Road garage last week to meet staff and take delivery of their vehicles and both were thrilled with their new modes of transport. John drove away in the new Toyota Avensis TR 1.8 VVT-I while Gary opted for the Avensis T3 S Diesel.

This is not the first time Arnold Clark Toyota has been involved with The Bully Wee. Back in October 2007, the branch presented a brand new Renault Master minibus to the club for use to transport the first team to and from their training ground in Grangemouth. The partnership between Arnold Clark and Clyde Football Club also continues at junior level with the branch providing training tracksuits for the under-11 team.

Jason Blane (pictured above), general manager at Arnold Clark Toyota, Bishopbriggs said, "Once again I am delighted to be involved with Clyde Football Club. I feel this is a fantastic opportunity for both the branch and the club and long may the relationship continue.

"We are always keen to help the local and surrounding communities where possible and I am pleased to be supporting staff, management and players of all ages within Clyde FC."

The head turning Toyota Avensis TR 1.8 VVT-I comes complete with full colour satellite navigation, 16 inch alloy wheels, CD player and air conditioning, all for only £16,995 while the diesel model the Avensis T3 S has features such as front electric windows, remote central locking and leather trim, all from £12,995.

Both models are on sale now at Arnold Clark Toyota. For more information on the fantastic range of Toyotas or to arrange a test drive contact Jason and his team at Arnold Clark Toyota in Bishopbriggs on 0141 761 4600 or visit
