Three Players Released

Following the climax of the season, John Brown and the playing staff have begun the process of shaping the squad for the 2008-09 campaign.

As things stand, the following players will be under contract to the club at the start of the season: Dusan Bestvina, Pat Clarke, David Hutton, Roddy MacLennan, Ruari MacLennan, David McGowan and Neil McGregor.

Gary Arbuckle, Shaun Fagan and Sean McKenna have already been notified that they will not be offered a new contract.

Discussions will continue in the coming weeks with all other players whose contract is set to expire.

However, the club understands that Steven Masterton has decided that he will not be returning to the club for a fourth season and will join Greenock Morton in the summer.
