Magnificent Seven!

Frank Dunn contacted www.clydefc.co.uk tonight to give supporters a quick update on the ongoing search to find a new Manager for The Bully Wee. He revealed that interest in the post was continuing to grow:-

“We have already had twelve expressions of interest and seven formal applications. The field is strong and includes several previous managers at a senior level. Most of the contenders boast impressive coaching qualifications. This is remarkable in such a short time.”

Frank continued: “The Board are delighted with the quality and commitment of the applications and their desire to take Clyde to the next level. Like all supporters, we are keen to move to an appointment as soon as possible but it’s vital that we evaluate all applications thoroughly. Hopefully this will allow us to come up with the best choice for the Club and our excellent squad of players.

“We have been able to contact most of the players in the last few days and I would like to stress again that their attitude has been most encouraging.”
