Getting Back

After a couple of days off the players resumed full training today and Joe Miller is keen to see them continue from where they left off against Queen of the South. “Our attitude and preparation was spot on at the weekend and we must maintain that level of performance if we are to make an impact at the top end of the table.”

Only Kevin Bradley is absent today as the youngster is suffering from mumps and faces a spell on the sidelines. Meanwhile Joe also commented on the Andy Ferguson and Roddy Hunter, “I decided to change Roddy and Andy and now they have got to look on and see how they can get back into the team but I’ve been really pleased with their attitude.”

“On Monday the squad was given a day off as it has been a hard few weeks both physically and mentally but Andy and Roddy passed up on it. Off their own backs they came in and trained hard and that is an example of the spirit here. We are a team and nobody is just looking out for themselves.”
