It has been necessary to blood a number of youngsters to date in response to the injuries that Clyde have had to contend with during this preseason. The website discovered more about the current injury list this evening and received some positive news.
Following a strain, Neil McGregor is set to return to full training, while although Craig McKeown (pictured top left) is not at the same stage the extent of his leg injury is not as bad as first feared and the coaching staff are hopeful now that he will be ready to take his place in the centre of defence in time for the start of the season.
Stevie Masterton (pictured right) received a knock on the knee last night and although tender it is not expected to hold him back long and the same can be said of Gary Arbuckle who it was feared had broken his wrist but thankfully that is not the case and the young striker should be back in action soon.
