Bryson And Celtic

There was much talk at the match today of a newspaper article linking Clyde's Craig Bryson with a move to Celtic. Graham Roberts and Craig Bryson spoke to the website about the speculation.

Graham was not surprised about other clubs being interested, "We'll just see what happens the boy is top notch. I think today he was magnificent, through friends of mine I understand a number of clubs are watching him including Tottenham. The boy deserves to go to a higher level, he has been playing exceptionally well during the last 6 to 8 weeks and he is getting better every game."

Craig was modest, "I've never heard anything about it. I've just got to keep my head down and keep working but I don't know anything about it so I can't really comment."

Bryson was fulsome of his praise of the current set up at Clyde as the press searched for that "boyhood dream angle", "The gaffer has just let me get on with it. I'm not interested in Celtic results all I'm interested in is Clyde winning. Tom Brighton, Eddie Malone, Stephen O'Donnell the whole lot of the squad could get a move to a higher level."

"Everybody loves it here, boys came through the trials and it's been excellent what the gaffer and Joe have done for the club. There is a great team spirit. We have some good nights out and then its back to hard work."

"Certainly I've got ambitions and I want to play at a higher level. Its good to know you are being recognised and maybe one day I'll get a move but I am happy where I am just now. I'm getting first team football and I'm delighted how everything is going and hopefully it will keep up. I've played 70 odd games after breaking into the team at 17 and I love it here."
