Midfielder Jamie Mitchell will decide soon whether or not his future lies with Clyde. He has been offered a new, improved contract but Jamie may leave if he gets a better offer, particularly from an SPL club.

"Clyde have made me a good offer and I'm thinking things over carefully," Jamie reportedly told The Scottish Sun today. "There are going to be a lot of players looking for clubs in the summer, so it's nice to have a deal on the table."

"My ambition is to play in the SPL and I feel I'm at a crucial stage in my career. There have been rumours of interest from elsewhere, but nothing concrete as far as I'm aware. It's a massive decision for me and there is a lot to consider."

The story also says that Jamie has told Manager Alan Kernaghan that he will make a decision within the next two weeks.
