Stephen joined the under-19 set up last summer after leaving Hamilton and has now stepped up to first team status. He made his debut as a substitute in the ill-fated match at Firhill in August 2007. John Brown saw enough promise in the pacey winger to offer him a contract for the 2008-09 campaign.
