Wholehearted central defender regarded as one of the brightest prospects in the First Division. Neil was released from Kilmarnock due to concerns about his physical strength but he has responded to those doubts in the correct manner, working hard at all aspects of his game and savouring the challenge of regular competitive action. He is about to enter his fourth season at Broadwood after signing a 24 month contract at the start of 2007.
