Former Aberdeen youth who joined Clyde in 2006 after a successful spell at Petershill. David eventually muscled his way into the first team that year and has hardly looked back since, with many fine displays making him a favourite with Clyde fans. Some concerns were initially raised about his relative lack of height but his confidence both between the sticks and around his box alleviated them. He will ne hoping to hang onto the 'keepers jersey again in 2008-09.
