Fotheringham Set To Sign

Alan Kernaghan this evening reported that he is close to concluding a deal that will bring Brechin City midfielder Kevin Fotheringham to Broadwood until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old former Hamilton, Raith Rovers and Arbroath man is expected to be confirmed as Clyde's latest signing tomorrow and the manager said:-
"Kevin can play in a number of positions and, in particular, gives us an option anywhere on the left. I've admired him since my time at Brechin and he's exactly the type of player I like. He's got a great attitude - hungry and determined - with a good level of skill.
"It may take him a wee while to adjust to full-time training and get his fitness up to that standard but he's been playing regularly so I don't expect it to be a big problem.
"I'm delighted to be able to bring him to Clyde."
